All sales final, no exchanges or returns except for manufacturing defects.


Manufacturing warranty is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.

Photos must be emailed to, along with a description of the issue and how/when the issue occurred. If it is determined that the issue may fall under the manufacturing warranty, the customer must ship the unit back for inspection. Upon inspection if deemed to be a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent for no charge. The replacement will be the same color combination unless colors are not in stock, then a similar color combination will be sent. No refunds or store credits.

Any alterations or misuse of product will void all warranties.


Shipping is available within the USA. Currently international shipping is not available. Orders that qualify for free shipping (ie special promotions) will ship by ground shipping, via USPS or UPS. Only orders within the lower 48 US states qualify for free shipping.  All orders to Alaska & Hawaii must pay for shipping.

Production lead time does not include shipping transit time. Transit time is not guaranteed regardless of shipping method chosen. Typical transit times are: USPS flat rate approximately 3-7 business days; UPS ground approximately 3-5 business days (lower 48 US states).

Changes to Your Order

Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made. Therefore it is imperative that all information entered at time of check out is accurate.

Promo Codes

All promo codes must be entered at time of check out. Once an order is processed, a promo code cannot be added after the fact nor a credit be applied to future orders.
